Annette Wehrli

For more than 20 years, I’ve helped business owners and leaders work through the leadership, structure, and people issues that shape how the business performs and grows.

Growth creates questions we can't answer with a framework alone. I believe many organizational sticking points come back to leadership in the daily work of making decisions, setting expectations, addressing tension, building trust, and following through.

That's where my work lives.

I use my experience in leadership, consulting, coaching, and learning and development to help you get to the root of what matters, then build practical ways forward that fit your business.

Working with me usually includes a balance of curiosity, candor, practical thinking, and a bit of quirk. Clients often value my ability to:

  • simplify what feels complex
  • ask the questions others avoid
  • name the elephants blocking progress
  • notice patterns and connections others miss
  • design practical strategies that address root issues
  • challenge leaders to decide, act, and follow through

Outside of work, I’m usually learning something, making something, cooking allergy-free food that doesn't taste like cardboard, or getting outside in the woods. I also mentor next-generation leaders, lead faith-based study groups, and serve the elderly.
